It is time to order your trees for conservation planting. Tree orders will be taken for conservation tree plantings until March 15. Trees will be delivered in late April or early May. Trees available through the Conservation District are suitable for wind breaks and shelterbelts. Trees can be ordered in bundles of 10 or 25 depending on size and availability.
For a list of varieties check out our website http://www.richlandcd.org. Several varieties are already sold out, so if you are planning a shelterbelt or wind break this spring now is the time to get your order into the district. We have a small number of apple trees available to order, the apple trees are bareroot and approximately 5 foot plus tall and the cost is $50 each. To order trees contact the conservation district office at 2745 W. Holly St., Sidney, MT or by calling 406-943-3001 or emailing [email protected].
