Larry Ray Miller of Puyallup Washington, formerly of Savage Montana, passed away unexpectedly at his home in the early morning hours of Saturday December 7, 2024.
Larry was born on July 2, 1965 to Orvil "LeRoy" and Carol Reynolds Miller, in Sidney Mt. Larry grew up in Savage and attended the Savage Public School until he graduated in May of 1983. He went on to college at Eastern Montana College in Billings MT until transferring to the North Dakota State School of Science in Wahpeton ND.
After college, Larry moved to Washington State, to begin working home construction. After many years and acquiring a variety of trades he started his own company, Chardonnay Homes. He built anything from beautiful million dollar show homes to your basic remodels. He loved the trade and was an expert craftsman.
He enjoyed riding motorcycles, was an avid Seahawks fan and one of his greatest joys was finally getting to take his mom to a game. He had a stubborn streak a mile long but the patience of a saint. Larry never knew a stranger, if you were friends, it was forever. He had an easy going laid back demeanor, was never afraid to strike up a conversation or lend a helping hand to those in need.
Larry had two children Olivia and Blake Miller from his second marriage. He took great pride in his kids' accomplishments and wasn't shy to boast about them.
In February of 2012, Larry met the love of his life, Teressa Velgersdjik. The two of them enjoyed life, and together they spent a lot of time traveling, riding their motorcycles up and down the West coast and building a life they both came to love.
Larry is survived by his "ride or die" Teressa Velgersdjik, Puyallup WA., his children Olivia Miller, Lexington KY and Blake Miller, Whittman AZ., his mother Carol Miller, Savage MT, brother Jim & Rebecca Miller of Lambert MT, sister Michelle Miller & Jason Morgan of Savage MT, nephews Brock Miller of Lambert MT, Trael Smith of Savage MT, Tucker Morgan of Libby MT, and nieces Brittany & Grant Christopherson of Saco MT, Raigan Smith of Savage MT, and numerous aunts and uncles.
