Richland Ranger Bantams Continue Winning Streak

The Richland Ranger Bantams dominated home ice this past weekend and added two more wins to their season.

If I were asked to say a few words that might describe the Bantam team it would be a quote from United Hockey; "You don't always get what you wish for, you get what you work for."

This group keeps showing us repeatedly the work they are putting in.

Saturday, Jan. 4, the Bantams faced off against Mandan Mayhem and commanded their way to a win. In the first period, the Rangers scored 3 goals, 3 assists, second period added 6 goals, 5 assists and they rounded out the third and final period with an additional 2 goals and 1 assist leaving the ice with an 11-3 win over Mandan.

Sunday, Jan. 5, the Rangers played Williston Flyers Black. The Bantams proved to be victorious once again skating away with a shutout victory of 13-0 over the Flyers.

Next, the Richland Bantams travel back to Bismarck to compete in the Capitals Cup Jan. 10-12.
