The Alexander High School Student Council held a fall donation drive for a few of the local area animal rescues and delivered the donations just in time for Christmas. Student Council members, Brooke Rykhus, Tylan Womelsdorf, and Advisor Amber Severson were the lucky ones to visit the rescues and cuddle some of the rescued animals.
The group raised donations mainly during sporting events and would like to send a thank you out to everyone that donated. Their spring community service event will be an annual blood drive at the school that will be held in April, as well as the postponed golf tournament with a date TBD.
