Get rid of the Bah Humbugs with live theater! The McKenzie County Community Theater (MCCT) invites you to attend their adaptation and production of the Charles Dickens classic, "A Christmas Carol", Saturday, Dec. 21at 3 p.m. CST in the Watford City High School auditorium. Cost for this live theater event is just $10 at the door.
Although MCCT is just a bit over one year old, this is the fourth performance for the group. It was founded in the summer of 2023 to bring community theater to McKenzie County. They had the goals of creating a place for adults in the community to be creative through acting and bringing high-quality creative shows for the community to enjoy. According to their current director, Travis Barnes, the program is currently fully participant-run, with everyone in the group taking different roles to make the shows happen.
