The Border Battle High School Basketball Showcase to be held at the Rough Rider Center and Watford City High School Dec. 13-14 will include girls’ and boys’ teams from North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana. Teams will include Watford City, Alexander, Belfield, Hazen, New Town, Dickinson Trinity, Ray, South Heart, ND. Joining them will be Terry and Bainville, MT, and Lemmon, SD.
Action starts at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. There will be three games. Saturday’s schedule starts at 11:15 a.m. and includes 10 games.
Child passes are: $8 or weekend $12. Adult passes $10 or weekend $15. Children 2 and under are free.
Celebrate the season on Dec. 14, at the Christmas Fest from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.! For just $7 admission, you’ll get to snap a photo with Santa, explore the festive Ag Expo Winter Wonderland, and experience Santa’s Workshop with KidStop. Walk through the glowing Candy Cane Lane, and even enjoy some fun in the pool! There will also be a variety of vendors for all your holiday shopping. This is an event you won’t want to miss—bring your friends and family for a day of holiday magic!
