Esprit Health Clinic & MediSpa celebrated its 10th anniversary. Thursday, Nov. 14. The clinic was founded in 2014 in Sidney, and began with Primary Care roots. Michelle Trudell, MSN, APRN, CNP and CEO of ESPRIT, has three decades of healthcare experience and is passionate about providing care for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Through actively listening and responding to the needs of her patients and community, hormone optimization has become a primary focus, and a suite of additional custom services
When asked about her thoughts on their 10-year anniversary, Michelle stated, "My heart is full! Filled with gratitude and hope as I reflect on the past 10 years. It hasn't been perfect, yet persistence and resilience, along with the support and encouragement of faithful friends, family, patients and community, helped ESPRIT survive and thrive! Most small businesses fail within the first few years, and that is without considering a worldwide pandemic. Through pain and hardship, keeping core values at the forefront, leaning into God's goodness, grace and mercy, ESPRIT has endured and even expanded to Billings, MT, in 2024!"
ESPRIT was founded with one goal in mind: Meet a need and ease the primary care provider shortage in rural/frontier eastern Montana and western North Dakota. The Nurse Practitioner Model of Care and full scope of practice authority in these states made it possible! True to its name (from the French term Esprit de corps), ESPRIT is all about the common spirit existing in the members of a group and inspiring enthusiasm, devotion, and strong regard for the honor of the group.
