Cameron LeRoy Schuetze, 27, Williston, ND, went to be with Jesus on Oct. 25, 2024.

Cameron was born on April 18, 1997, in Kennewick, WA, to Gregg Schuetze and Linda Kueneman. Big brother, David Kueneman (11) and big sister Christina Richter (6) were so happy to welcome Cameron! In 1999, Linda and the kids moved to Glendale, AZ. In 2000, Michael Thomas married Linda Cramer and became stepdad to David, Christina and Cameron. Cameron met his childhood best friend, Santiago Pedrego in their neighborhood and they had many adventures together. Santiago's mom was an extra mom to Cameron. Cameron attended school in Glendale, AZ.

Cameron always admired and looked up to his big brother, David. Whatever sports team David liked, was Cameron's team too. It wasn't until Cameron was an adult that he decided he liked the Arizona Cardinals better than the New England Patriots. Cameron loved his big sister Christina. Cameron and Christina could push each other's buttons, but they made up and had fun together. Thanksgiving 2007 Cameron and his siblings spent with Daddy Gregg in Kennewick, WA. David, Christina and Cameron were all in the wedding party welcoming Melody as their stepmom that weekend. Cameron would spend summers with his dad and Melody. Cameron would work with his dad on vehicles and construction projects, he had his dad's mechanical proficiency. In June 2010, while in Washington, Cameron was in the hallway of the hospital to hear his little sister Shylee's first cry, the same hospital he had been born in 13 years prior.

Cameron became an uncle in 2009 to Zachary Ritcher. In 2011, Cameron became an uncle again to Lucy, with whom he had a special bond. When Hayden was born to Christina, she honored Cameron by giving his nephew LeRoy for a middle name. In 2015, Cameron became an uncle to Harley and McKenna when Tanya came into David's life. Cameron worked several different jobs in Arizona including a convenience store.

In April 2020, Cameron moved to Watford City, ND, and stayed with his dad, Gregg and stepmom, Melody and younger siblings Shylee (9), Lizzy (3), Caleb (2) and Carson (11 mo.) Schuetze. Cameron worked with his dad renovating the family's home which included laying composite flooring, learning to make and apply stucco late into the night for many days. Cameron used leftover lumber to build a playhouse for his siblings that they still enjoy playing in. Cameron went to work doing carpentry, a job that he really enjoyed and learned a lot in. Cameron became friends with Luigi Palacios in 2022. The two were like brothers and became roommates. Recently, Cameron was enjoying working at the Williston Walmart. Cameron, his smile, and caring heart will be dearly missed.

Cameron is survived by his stepparents Michael (Tabitha) Thomas, Glendale, AZ; and Melody Schuetze, Watford City, ND; brothers David (Tanya) Kueneman, Glendale, AZ; and Caleb and Carson Schuetze, Watford City, ND; sisters Christina Richter, Glendale, AZ; and Shylee and Elizabeth Schuetze, Watford City, ND; nieces Harley and Makenna Cramer and Lucy Johnson; nephews Zachary and Hayden Ritcher; grandmother Donna Petersen, Billings, MT; and Robert and Mary Ann Whitehead, Colstrip, MT; and other family members.
