Sidney Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture will host Giving Tuesday Dinner Dec. 3

Giving Tuesday is an annual event created to foster the spirit of giving in the world. It is touted as a “global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and world”.

This year, the Sidney Chamber has chosen to host a progressive dinner to assist our community. Ticket holders will have the choice of starting their journey at either 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. The evening will feature a delicious multi-course meal from various participating restaurants.

Starting at the South 40 for a welcome and cocktails and moving onto the Cattle-ac for hors d’oeuvres and then to the Meadowlark for salad. The Ranger will host the main course and the night will finish at Amy’s for dessert. Proceeds from the dinner will benefit local nonprofits, including the Sidney Schools Angel Fund, Kiwanis Coat Drive, Foundation for Community Care, Boys and Girls Club, and Sunrise Women’s Clinic.

The evening will be filled with talent from locals, the Riggs Family, Cassidy Wadley, Ryan Olson, and the Sunrise City Rockettes performing. This event is sure to put you in the Holiday Spirit with its memorable trek in downtown Sidney. With only 80 tickets available, this event is expected to fill up quickly. The ticket cost is $50. Get your tickets today online at https://www.eventcreate.com/e/givingtuesdayprogressivedinner or stop in at the Chamber, Boys and Girls Club, Sunrise Women’s Clinic, or the Foundation for Community Care.

It is truly one of the most wonderful giving times of the year!
