Tennis enthusiast, teacher, and coach Naldy Hans is proud to promote the Sidney, MT Tennis Club. Naldy has been playing and promoting tennis since he moved to Sidney. One of his concerns was the ability to play tennis in the winter. Thanks to his hard work and connections with the community, he has secured an indoor tennis court at the Limitless Church gym, located at 414 E. Main St., Sidney.
The motto of the Sidney Tennis Program is to create, enhance, and generate. The purpose of this program is to make tennis a more popular sport in Sidney by creating a new generation of tennis players. Naldy Hans said, “Through this program, we will build a competitive tennis team, and push more players into higher levels of playing.”
The Sidney Tennis Program offers free tennis classes, plans local friendly matches, plans out-of-town friendly matches, finds outside connections with other tennis academies and leagues, and coordinates area tournaments. There is no charge to participate.
The schedule will be Fridays from 5:30-8:30 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4:30-7:30 p.m., and Sundays from 4:30-7:30 p.m. The coach will be Naldy Hans.
