The Richland County Health Department is offering clients a customer satisfaction survey in an effort to improve the delivery of services.
The survey is available in hard copy, as a QR code, or a link, and will be offered between Oct. 21 and Nov. 20.
If you have received services at the Health Department in the past 12 months, whether that was in-person, on the phone, or via email, you are encouraged to complete the survey. Survey results will be used to develop quality improvement efforts to better meet the needs of the community.
