Williston Injury Crash

On Saturday, Oct. 12 at approximately 4:31 p.m. CDT, there a vehicle vs. pedestrian injury crash that occurred at the Walmart parking lot, Williston.

A 2019 Ford F350 driven by Ryan Sonn was traveling southbound in the Walmart parking lot when a pedestrian, Coleetta Roth, left the store and began walking to her vehicle. The F350 struck Roth as she was walking across the parking lot. Roth sustained serious injuries from the collision and was transported via ambulance to CHI St. Alexius hospital, Williston.

The agencies who responded to the crash were North Dakota Highway Patrol, Williston Police Department, Williston Fire Department and Williston Ambulance.

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
