The Rough Rider Center, Watford City, has entered into a significant naming rights partnership with Northern States Tools, Watford City. This naming rights deal ensures the continued growth and success of the Rough Rider Center and Watford City Parks and Recreation. The naming rights ceremony was held Oct. 10.
