Sidney Chamber To Host Fall Festival Oct. 12

The Sidney Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture has a full day filled with activities for all ages planned for Saturday, Oct. 12. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. vendors will be offering their wares on West Main while the Richland County Sportsman’s Club hosts a car show on East Main. Check out the Pumpkin Patch at Reynolds’ Market, the Fall Festival Build-a-Board at Mimi’s Kitchen, the coloring contest at Sunny’s Family Restaurant, and candle pouring at Meraki, face painting at Boutique 33 and hair tinsel at Studio 20, plus chalk and window painting and bird feeder making at Johnson Hardware are all part of the fun. Fall photo mini sessions with Jordyn Melby and the retirement sale at Party Central are also on tap that day. Enjoy live music as you head from one activity to another.

The MonDak Heritage Center is hosting walk-in ceramics from 1-2:30 p.m. and 406 Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy is offering wellness and injury prevention screenings from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Check out the make and take fall flower jars at Merge with Lucky Design from 2-3 p.m.

The Sunrise Women’s Clinic Family Walk for Life starts at 10 a.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Park with a one mile/5K run or walk. Kids can enjoy the free movie, “The Addam’s Family” at Centre Movie Theatre at 2 p.m.

MonDak Mayhem Lantern Tours take place at the MonDak Heritage Center from 3-9 p.m. Each tour is 30 minutes of living history where attendees will meet characters of the past and hear true stories of the MonDak. Book on line or call 406-433-3500 to reserve your spot.

Finish this extraordinary day off by attending the Sidney High School Drama production of “Three Musketeers” at 7 p.m. at the Sidney Middle School. Cost is only $5 for adults and $3 for seniors or students.
