Sidney Tendo Taekwondo is excited to announce the return of Stephen Lambdin to Sidney, on Oct. 5 and 6.
Lambdin competed in the 2016 Olympics in Rio, Brazil and was a coach in the 2024 Olympics in France. Today, he is an Olympic Coach of Athletic Development for USA Taekwondo. He will be in Sidney teaching his cutting edge, science-based teaching methods to help athletes build stamina, optimal strength and learn proper training methods. Blending hands-on training with motivational teaching for success. He ends the session with an in-depth Q&A forum to ensure each student leaves feeling empowered and ready to achieve their personal goals. While the bulk of the seminar will center around Taekwondo, there will be a strength & conditioning class that athletes of any kind can participate in.
Participants have the choice of attending the full seminar catered to Taekwondo students or attending only the strength and conditioning portion of the seminar. Whether you are wanting to improve your Taekwondo techniques or trying to improve athletically, this seminar can help. For the full seminar, the cost of attendance is FREE to any Taekwondo student and $25 for only the strength and conditioning portion of the seminar.
