Bethine "Beth" D. Sperry, 91, Sidney, MT formerly of Beach, ND

Celebration of Life Services will be at 11:00 am (MST) on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Beach, ND with Reverend Anthony Ahrendt officiating. Inurnment will be at 3:00 pm (MST) on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Sunnyside Cemetery in Trotters, ND. Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Sidney, MT is assisting the family. Bethine "Beth" D. Sperry, 91 of Sidney, MT formerly of Beach, ND passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at the Sidney Health Center Extended care, surrounded by her family. She was born in Beach, ND, on July 16, 1933, to Kyle and Lillian (Russell) Sperry.  She rode horses with her sisters to CS Divide School through 8th grade and graduated from Beach High School.

Bethine began her professional career working at the ASCS Office in Beach.  From there she moved to Kansas City, KS and began working for the Kansas Association of Wheat Growers.  She was then recruited to work at the National Association of Wheat Growers in Washington DC and resided in Alexandria, VA.  Bethine travelled internationally representing the interests of the nation's wheat growers.  Through that process, she was part of the Accounting Team as an Auditor.  

When she grew tired of big city life, she moved back to Beach and worked as an accountant for Brengle's Ford Motor Company.  She worked for a time as a receptionist at the Beach Medical Clinic and as a pizza maker/waitress for Nikki Heckaman. Later, she worked in the kitchen and activities areas for the Beach Manor doing what she could to make residents comfortable.  

Following a brief illness, Bethine moved into the Sidney Health Center Extended Care in February 2019, where she resided until her death.  

Bethine is survived by her sister-in-law, Marcia Sperry, Trotters, ND; nephews and nieces, Eugene (Karen) Smith, Bismarck, ND, Patti Hutchinson, Lovell, WY, Tara (Edward) Skaar, Sidney, MT, Anna Marie (Ross) Fleming, Klamath Falls, OR, Mike Uetz (Nick Rave), Chicago, IL, Alan (Deb) Uetz, Horace, ND, Lynne (Rob) Bath, Douglas, WY, Mark Kronschnabel, Las Vegas, NV, Russell Sperry, Rising Star, TX, and Robert (Tamra) Sperry, Trotters, ND; and many great nephews and great nieces.
