Lillian Rose Herbst was born Feb. 25, 2006, to Ashley (Ritchie) and Shane Herbst. She was the most beautiful brown eyed girl, and her eyes sparkled with love. As she grew, she enjoyed spending time with her siblings and family, playing in the snow, watching scary movies, cooking, sewing, and 4-H.

When Lilly loved you, you knew it. She always looked up to her elders and followed with her heart. She loved her friends and her animals as well. She was very quiet and shy until she was comfortable with you then her spitfire Mexican genes came out. She loved baking cakes and wanted to go to college for Culinary Arts to become a magnificent chef. Lilly enjoyed sports such as basketball, volleyball, and swim team. She graduated in May 2024 from Lambert High School.

Lilly absolutely adored old people and would cry every time she saw them. She had the most beautiful heart from the day she was born. She is fondly remembered for calling everything "bougie". Recently, Lilly had gotten her own place, car, and a job that she truly loved: working for Rick Thiessen at Richland Leather. She had a special talent for being a seamstress. She planned to join the Air Force in October to support her country, a dream of hers since she was six years old.

Lilly joined her family in heaven with open arms on Tuesday Sept. 3, 2024 at her home in Sidney, MT.

Lilly joins in heaven her great-grandmothers Evelyn Harmon and Evelyn Williams, aunt Michelle Lee, great-grandparents Basil (Julia) Herbst and Lila Hilliard, and grandfather Bob Herbst.

Lilly is survived by parents Ashley and Steve Wunder and Shane (Rhiannon) Herbst; sisters Railyn (Victor Hoolsema) and Brooklyn, brother Parker, stepsisters Piper, Caitlynne, Izabella, and Paitton; great-grandpas Papa (Jack Harmon) and Bill Hilliard; grandparents Richard (Renee) Williams, Betty Williams, Wendy Farrow, and Clarence (Sharon) Wunder; godparents Tommy and Christina Quigley; uncle Cody Williams; cousins Traycen and Tommy Jr .; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and so many people who loved her very much.
