Lisa Michelle Hentges was born January 2, 1976, at Mercy Hospital in Williston, ND to Larry Hentges and Shirley Ault. While still in the hospital, she was diagnosed with a bowel intussusception and was flown to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for emergency surgery which was successful.

We made our home in an old farmhouse north of Poplar, MT where she joined her older brother Lance. On November 9th, 1977, her daddy was killed in a tragic accident. That is when we decided to move to Sidney, MT. Shirley met her soulmate Kenneth Siebenaler shortly after that and were married. Kenny raised Lisa as his own and loved her every day since. Lisa and Lance went to school at West Side Elementary, Sidney Middle School, and High School.

Most of her life she lived in Sidney, MT but briefly she also lived in Lanesboro, MN with her two daughters Caitlyn and Calee and her husband Chad. She then moved back to Sidney where her son Caden was born, which completed her family.

Lisa had many jobs in her 48 years, serving mainly as a waitress at the Cattle-Ac, South 40, and Winners Pub. She always had a smile on her face and was friendly to everybody and was special to all that knew her.

Very passionate about gardening and flowers, Lisa loved being outside and in the sun. Most days of the summer you could find her at Gartside with her children and her two grandchildren Jessi Lynn and Kannon Michael, who were her world. She enjoyed being on her paddle board with her dog Baby, a Yorkie Mix. Baby was her best friend and her companion in the last years of her life.

Lisa was a die-hard Cubs fan along with cheering on the Dallas Cowboys at the Winner's Pub. She enjoyed playing Bingo and had a love for all kinds of music. Hard rock was her favorite including Clutch, Five Finger, and System of a Down and Jelly Roll was also one of her favorites. She had lots of friends who loved her for who she was, including her special friend Guy.

Lisa passed away on Tuesday August 20, 2024, in the early hours at her home following a long, hard battle with cancer.

Lisa is survived by maternal grandmother Donna Ault Sundsted; parents Shirley and Kenny Siebenaler; brothers Lance M. Hentges (Tiffani) and K.C. Siebenaler (Erin); daughters Caitlyn M. Whitson and Calee L. Sheehan; son Caden D. Johnson; grandchildren Jessi Lynn and Kannon Michael; and eight aunties, 3 uncles and too-numerous-to-count first cousins, but special sister-cousins Jennifer and Melissa Spence. She also had 7 nieces and nephews.

Lisa is proceeded in death by her daddy Larry Hentges, grandfather Eddy Ault, grandma Viola Hentges, great grandparents Ben and Vivian Nordwick, and two double-first cousins Kay and Amy Hentges.

Lisa is very loved and will be very missed.
