The 43rd Annual Meeting of the North Dakota Petroleum Council will take place September 17-19 at the Rough Rider Center, Watford City, ND. Speakers include the new Director of the North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources, Nathan Anderson; Devon Energy's CEO, Rick Muncrief, and other industry leaders. There will be panel discussions on Bakken's power supply, the property tax measure, and many presentations on new technological developments in the oil and natural gas industry. Registration and check-in for the annual meeting begins on Tuesday, Sept. 17 from 5-7 p.m. The annual meeting begins on Wednesday morning, Sept. 18, with a welcome from Dale Patten, District 26 Senator. The Chairman's Luncheon will announce four North Dakota Petroleum Council Awards recipients for 2024. Thursday's agenda will conclude at noon on September 19.
