Joyce Rogness, 87, Watford City, ND, peacefully passed away on Thursday, Aug 1, 2024 at her home in Watford City, ND, with family by her side.
Celebration of Life Services will be Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the Eagles Club, Watford City, ND, with Chaplain Rob Favorite officiating. A luncheon will follow the service for a time of fellowship and sharing.
