A 1998 Honda motorcycle was westbound on Hwy. 23 at approximately 12 a.m., when the 55-year-old male driver lost control of the motorcycle. The driver was wearing a helmet but was ejected from the motorcycle and was pronounced deceased on scene.
The name will be released pending next of kin notification.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Other agencies involved in the crash were: McKenzie County Sheriff’s office, Three Affiliated Tribes Police, Keene Rural Fire Department, and McKenzie County Ambulance.
