Acquired in late November 2023, this landmark project heralds a new era of entertainment, celebration, and community engagement in the heart of downtown Williston.
Exciting Developments and New Tenants
Since acquiring the building in November 2023, Scully Design Build, Inc. has been developing the concept and formalizing tenant spaces with some exciting projects in the works. The Old Ford Building is happy to welcome a number of tenants that will enhance the vibrant ambiance of this recently renovated venue. Incoming tenants are: Great Northern Events Center, Wild Cow Kitchen, 202 Brix: Winery and wood-fired pizza, The Mustang Room, JJ Lynn’s: Boutique store, Crude Cuts, The Cellar (VIP room, catered meals/meeting space) and a new tenant that will be offering coffee, gourmet crepes, waffles, and a milk bar.
