Savage's girls golf team qualified for the Class C state meet as a team by placing fourth at the Eastern C divisional meet in Sidney on May 6.
The Warriors finished with a team score of 331. The top three teams in the girls' division were Broadus at 273, Plentywood at 306 and Absarokee at 318.
Golfing for Savage's girls were Taylor Conradsen, Aspen Peterson and Emma McPherson. Conradsen placed eighth by shooting an 101. Peterson tied for 10th place with an 106. McPherson shot an 124 for 24th place.
Emma Isaacs, Broadus, was the tournament's medalist with an 83 followed by Plentywood's Paityn Curtiss with an 85 and Broadus' Graci Barbero with a 90.
Other District 2C girls who qualified for the state meet in Hamilton were Plentywood's Sydney Richardson, Plentywood's Tessa Howard and Froid/Lake's Addison Elvsaas.
The top four teams in the boys' division were Scobey at 250, Broadus at 265, Plentywood at 275 and Forsyth at 308.
Scobey's Cooper Axtman earned medalist honors with a 76. Tying for second with 83s were Plentywood's Carson Solberg, Broadus' Jeff Cahoon and Scobey's Braxton Wolfe.
Other District 2C boys qualifying for state were MonDak's Tavyn Jacobson, Plentywood's Ayden Kaul, Plentywood's Seth Borch, Froid/Lake's Solomon Grainger, Froid/Lake's Kash Ator, Bainville's Alex Strickland and Plentywood's Andy Kaul.
