The Sidney Chamber of Commerce and Richland Economic Development Corporation held their joint annual meeting at the Sidney Yellowstone Mercantile on Jan. 18.
The well attended event was the first time the organizations held a joint annual meeting. The Sidney High School band provided music during the New Business Showcase before the meeting. Businesses in the showcase included Wrangler Electric, Sunrise City Coffee Co., Lovegren Tree Service, Messer Heating and Cooling, ElectricLand, Les Schwab, Crooked Creek Farms, South of the Border Street Food, Bargain Garage, Pivotal Services and Angela Miller Media & Marketing.
The special guest for the event was Montana Governor Greg Gianforte. Gianforte gave a brief speech and answered a few questions for the attendees. Also, a letter was read on behalf of Senator Daines and HD35 Representative Brandon Ler provided a legislative update from the 2024 Business Days at the Capital.
