Glasgow, Montana author Cara Pinder will sign copies of her delightful children's book, "The Tooth Fairy Stars" at Books on Broadway on Saturday, Feb. 3 from 1-4 p.m.
Pinder says her book is about a young girl who does not want to give up her very first wiggly tooth, not even for a shiny gold coin under her pillow. But what if the Tooth Fairy gives her something else? Something so big everyone will see it? Find out what the Tooth Fairy does with our teeth when we lose them.
The book offers a new approach for elementary age children, showing them that it's not just about money, but about being part of something much bigger, like a galaxy of stars.
Pinder is a fifth generation Montanan. She says growing up under the 'Big Sky' she was love-struck by the twinkling stars. She is raising two children with her husband Jerry, and says parenting is how bedtime stories, losing teeth and answering questions about life inspired the story of the often overlooked but always amazing Tooth Fairy.
Books on Broadway is located at 12 1/2 W. Broadway, Williston. If you are unable to attend the book signing on Feb. 3, please call them at 701-572-1433 or email [email protected] to reserve your signed copy.
