Sidney Tiger Sharks are the Eastern Divisional Champions for the fourth year in a row. The heat in Chinook was in the 100s, but that did not stop the Sharks from persevering and bringing home 1st both in relays and the meet.
The Tiger Sharks had many top point achievers, but the top High Point winners were in the 9-10 age division, Braya Radke tied with Paisley Obergfell, while Toby Kleinke took high point in the 9-10 boys age division. Morgan Kindopp took home the high point trophy for the 13-14 girls. She also set a federation record in the 100 breast and broke her own federation record in the 50 free. Morgan is definitely on a roll.
The coaches are beyond proud of these athletes and can't wait to see what kind of time they will cut at State this weekend, and of course, the Sharks are swimming to defend the two-peat State Champion title.
