The previous original equipment was approximately 70+ years old. Everything has been completely installed using local contractors.
The largest piece of equipment is the overhead fan system which doesn't emit the grease either inside or outside of the building. This year, the Vikings and Norskies will be made in the new fryer.
Marlys Anvik, Sons of Norway Lodge president, is excited to try out the newly equipped booth that includes an air conditioner in their storage area. This year, the volunteers will be working in style. if you're interested in volunteering call Marlys at 406-480-0891.
The Lodge has made 4700 Vikings using the age-old recipe handed down through the years, so don't forget to order yours. They will also be serving Norskies.
