Williston, ND - The Humanities North Dakota, in partnership with the James Memorial Art Center, is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated Little Mo Writers Tour, a series of literary outreach activities designed to meet people in their communities and whet their interest in community discussions of literary texts and creative expression. Author-mentors Debra Marquart, Tayo Basquiat, Erika Bolstad and David Bjerklie will be touring western North Dakota from July 29-Aug. 6. The tour will be in Williston on Aug. 2 at 6 p.m. at the James Memorial Art Center, 621 1st Ave. W., Williston, ND.
Little Mo Writers Tour has something for everyone. The event features an hour and a half public reading and community discussion of literary texts, followed by two writing workshops - for adults over 18 and for youth ages 10-15.
To ensure accessibility and inclusivity, tickets for Little Mo Writers Tour will be available to the public for free. The James Memorial Art Center, in collaboration with Humanities ND, invites literature and writing enthusiasts from all walks of life to experience this extraordinary event.
