WILLISTON, N.D. – The public is invited to these upcoming events at Fort Buford and the Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center near Williston. All events are free and open to the public. All times are Central time.

March 5 History and Nature Lecture Series, 2-3 p.m. Rod Lassey will present "Forgotten Forts and Military Camps of the Confluence." Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center

March 16 History Book Club, 7 p.m. Join other history buffs to vote on book choices for upcoming months. Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center

March 18 19th-Century Sewing, Textile Arts, and Projects, 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Bring your lunch. Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center

The Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center is part of Fort Buford State Historic Site managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center hours are Wednesday-Saturday, 10 a.m-5 p.m. CT; Sunday, 1-5 p.m. CT; and closed Monday-Tuesday. Fort Buford is currently closed.
