Watford City Wolves 285-lb. wrestler Nivon Hayes pins Adam Farha, Poway, CA in 3.31 to win 3rd place in the Sidney Eagle Invitational Wrestling Tournament over the weekend in Sidney. Twenty-six teams attending the tournament were from North Dakota, South Dakota, Ohio, California, Colorado, Idaho, Washington and Montana.
Sidney's 103 lb. Gordon Knapp lost to Seguine, Post Falls, ID, 10-3 to place 2nd at the Sidney Eagle Invitational Wrestling Tournament December 2-3.
Sidney Senior Zander Dean, 152 lbs. placed 2nd after losing to Laird Root, Poway, CA, in OT at the Sidney Eagle Invitational Wrestling Tournament held in Sidney.
