Fairview is indeed the place to be on Saturday, Nov. 26 as the Fairview Community Foundation hosts its annual Festival of Wreaths and Trees at the Double Barrel Saloon.
Support the community and take home a beautiful tree or wreath starting with the silent auction from 1-5 p.m., followed by the live auction at 5:30 p.m. Bring the family for a picture with Santa and Mrs. Claus, or the Grinch, from 3-5 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres will be served.
The Fairview Community Foundation has hosted this fundraiser since 2016 with all proceeds going to local worthwhile causes such as scholarships, multiple projects at the schools including playground equipment at Westside and band instruments at Eastside, the ambulance service, fire department, police department, ipads for nursing home residents during Covid, the food bank, Old Timers Festival inflatables, Trick or Treat in the Park, Sundheim Park repair, the volleyball court at Sharbono Park, and lots more.
Anyone wishing to donate a decorated tree or wreath may contact Marsha at 406-480-0349.
