The Eagle golf teams hosted the Sidney Invitational, Friday, Sept. 9 at Sidney Country Club with 9 of the 10 Eastern A Boys teams and 8 of the 10 girls teams present. The Lady Eagles came away with the first-place team trophy with a team score of 403 led by Mercedes Lamb's 5th place career best 98 and Ella Norby's 7th place 99. The boys had a team score of 373 and were led by a pair of 89s from Tanner Tiesen and Brady Collins. The Eagles will close out the regular season next week at the Billings Invite on Thursday, 10 a.m. start at Yegan Golf Club and the Laurel invite Friday, 9 a.m. start at Laurel Golf Club.
