The Red Baron flies over the moon Saturday morning at the Williston airshow. The 1941 Stearman Bi-Plane used to be in the Red Baron Squadron team as plane #5 for 28 years. The plane was being flown by pilot Jerrod Lindemann of North Valley Aircraft. The Lindemann's fully restored the plane, an endeavor which took 11 months of hard work (photo by Roger Riveland).

"Miss Mitchell" a B-25 bomber piloted by Trevor Henson of the Minnesota Wing of the Commemorative Air Force is joined in formation by Bernie Vasquez of Minot flying a Grumman FM-2 Wildcat fighter plane owned by the Dakota Territory Air Museum located in Minot. The B-25 was originally delivered to Palm Springs, CA in 1944 and used for proficiency training. Both these types of aircraft were used in WW2 (photo by Roger Riveland).
