Dogs On the Deck was such a huge success this year. Every week was filled with amazing music, food, games, family, and friends. If you missed this year or last year you will not want to miss the 2023 season. So many changes this year, with having our vendors on site each week. The staff at the Long X Liquor Store, the Pioneer Museum, the Long X Arts Foundation, and the Long X Visitors Center enjoyed seeing all the faces come through our doors helping us give back to this amazing community.
This year's focus was making sure we could give back the most. So, thanks to our amazing sponsors we were able to do just that. These sponsors all contributed financially to the success of the event and community. A BIG Thank You needs to go to Trilogy LLC as our main event sponsor. Our stage was highlighted by Cascade Glass & Sign. Long Horn sponsors included Northland Industrial Specialties, Badlands Hydro Vac, Fistful of Bourbon, Tito's, and Garman Flooring. Branding Iron sponsors are A.W.O.L., Michelob Ultra, Farmers Union Cenex, Oneok, and Coca-Cola of Williston. Americana sponsors included Dakota Prairie Soap Shack, Xclusive Apparel, North Dakota Sweet Crude, Mystery Ink, Mountain Echo Events, Life in Color, Cash Wise, and Coor's Light. Without these amazing business partners in our community, we would be lost. Please support them and show your gratitude when you see them around town.
This year we were able to pay out a total of $3,329 to these eight benefactors. McKenzie County Food Pantry, Watford City High School FFA, Watford City B.I.O. Girls, Watford City Parks & Recreation Scholarship Fund, Watford City Cheerleaders, Veteran's Memorial, Watford City Police Department, and the Long X Arts Foundation.
