Glendive - May 10 - The 2021 paddlefish season will begin 6 a.m., May 15 at Intake Fishing access point, Glendive. Fisherman prepare for the absence of our boat shuttle to opposite shore and the fish shuttle from the Sidney location. Cutting and other services will remain in place as previous years.
Beware of marked construction areas around the fishing access area. Maps will be posted at multiple locations at Intake to demonstrate the areas open and closed to paddlefish anglers during the paddlefish season. The contractor has also posted closure signs to keep the public out of active construction areas. Vehicle access across Joes Island to the south side of the river will also remain closed through at least the 2022 paddlefish season.
Follow all FWP regulations for the 2021 season and please enjoy your time paddlefishing.
