Visitors discuss interesting details in photos displayed in the lobby of the MonDak Heritage Center.

One of the artifacts on display is the Polarscope. Sugar syrup saw placed in the tube and a lens at the far left would be adjusted to check the quality of the syrup.

The MonDak Heritage Center has recently added a temporary display of historical photos and artifacts from Sidney Sugars. The photos and artifacts date back to the begining of the company in 1925. There is also a Power Point with approximately 100 photos and descriptions for the public to watch.
