On Tuesday, Dec. 8, Elaine Stedman, Boys & Girls Club CEO of the MonDak, accepted a check for $5,000 from Garth Kallevig, co-trustee of the Dayton Foundation. Not pictured from the Dayton Foundation are co-trustees Bill Brenner, Tim Thogersen and Bob Goss.
On Tuesday, Dec. 8, Garth Kallevig of Stockman Bank, presented Elaine Stedman, Boys & Girls Club CEO of the MonDak, with a check for $25,000, which matches funds raised by the club. The Boys & Girls Club of the MonDak wishes to thank the community for all the support and help in raising the original $25,000. This makes for a total donation of $50,000 to the club.
The funds raised are targeted for the Boys & Girls Club of the MonDak building fund and they are still raising money to complete their building obligation. They have made great progress over the past six months and hope to wrap this up. The club wishes to say many thanks to the very supportive community, which has been so instrumental in helping them, create our own space to grow and expand their many programs and ways to serve the community and its families and youth.
