Agriculture is the backbone of the MonDak region and it’s time to celebrate this year’s harvest with The Roundup’s 17th annual Harvest Festival Oct. 21-30.
Make It With Sugar
Whip up your tastiest creations Friday, Oct. 23 and bring them to Yellowstone Marketplace, 102 N Central Ave. between 9-10 a.m. for a chance to win a $50 prize from Mimi’s Kitchen, The Shoppes at Peifer’s General Store, Johnson Hardware & Furniture, Larsen Service Drug, Barrett Pharmacy & Variety and Cooks on Main. Cooks also receive a 5 lb. bag of sugar for each entry. The Peoples Choice winner will win a grand prize valued at $100 from Yellowstone Marketplace. Categories include cakes, cookies, pies, candy, breads and rolls, and other. The expert judges from Sidney Sugars will determine the winners.
$500 Grand Harvest Festival Prize
Register at participating merchants through Oct. 30 to win a bag of sugar or $500 in gift cards and cash. The $500 will include gift cards from Lee’s Tire & Service Center, Johnson Hardware & Furniture, The Shoppes at Peifer’s General Store, East-Mont Enterprises Inc., Western Tire, Island Kitchens and $100 cash courtesy of Williston Moose Lodge No. 239.
