This summer, members of the 4-H community have been working hard with their projects.
Within livestock projects there are Jackpots available for 4-H members to exhibit their animals in classes of market and showmanship. A Jackpot was hosted by McCone County, Circle. Four members from the Forever Buds Club in Richland County were in attendance: Ali Merritt, Cooper McNally, Avery Johnson and Brandon Becker. Members competed in the showing of market steers and market pigs. Outstanding members of 4-H excelling at the Jackpot were: Cooper McNally who was awarded Grand Champion in SR. Showmanship in steers and in pigs as well as Reserve Champion of market steer and pigs. McNally also excelled with having the 3rd and 5th overall market pig class. Avery Johnson was awarded 4th overall market pig. Ali Merritt was awarded Reserve Champion of SR. Beef Showmanship. Brandon Becker was awarded Grand Champion in JR. Beef Showmanship.
Congratulations to our 4-H members and great involvement!
