On Wednesday, November 6, Stockman Bank President Garth Kallevig presented West Side Elementary School with a $10,000 check for their Breakfast Program. This is the second check for the breakfast program that Stockman Bank has given to the schools here in Sidney, Montana. The first check went to Central Elementary School. Results from the breakfast program taking place in the Central Elementary School include: change in the students behavior, focused students, better performance and less food insecurities for students who go without breakfast. All students participate in this new breakfast program. On average, 280 students at Central Elementary School are currently doing so, and another 300 at the West Side Elementary will now be participating in the breakfast program. The schools are super grateful for the donations and their hearts are full of gratitude for the donations from Stockman Bank, which are allowing many students to have breakfast and perform better in school.
