The Sidney Moose Chapter #761 will be holding a Free Child ID event as well as a bake sale, child rummage sale and lunch on Saturday, August 24 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Are you aware that 1/3 million children disappear every year, in the United States? Law enforcement confirms that the first 48 hours are imperative for locating a missing child. There is no time to waste. Are you prepared for such an emergency?
The Child ID system electronically finger prints, photographs and records pertinent information about your child, burns it all on a CD for you to put away for safe keeping in the case of an emergency. Should your child become missing, this CD can be given to law enforcement for immediate airing on local media, radio and shared with other law enforcement agencies.
This free service is also available to Seniors that may tend to wander from home.
