Sports Physicals, July 22 & 23, Sidney

Dr. Laqua and Dr. Fink invite you to their open sports physicals nights on Monday, July 22 and Tuesday, July 23 from 5-8 p.m. at Sidney Elks Lodge.

The fee is $30, forms will be provided and a parent’s signature is required. All proceeds will be donated to Sidney Pubic Schools.
