On February 4, 2019 a Bench Warrant was issued out of Montana Seventh Judicial District Court, in Richland County for the arrest of Charles Wayne Bliss, for violating conditions of his sentence, a felony. Charles Wayne Bliss is 33 years of age, white male, 6'1", 285 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair. He has been known to live in the Sidney, Missoula area, and the state of Washington. He was born in the state of Washington. Bond has been set at $15,000. It is felt that Bliss has left the Richland County area and may now maybe living in Missoula or Newman Lake, Washington areas.
