Orientation/walk in registration for the fall 2019 Hunter Education class will be at 6 p.m., Monday, July 29 at Richland County Extension Office, 1500 North Central Ave., Sidney, MT. Work books will be handed out and all chapter quizzes must be done before the first night of class.
You must be ten years old by the orientation date to register and students under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at orientation.
You can register online at https://www.register-ed.com/events/view/131521 and students are required to print and bring the forms under ‘Related Files’ to the first day of class.
All students must attend orientation and all classes, no exceptions. No late registrations will be accepted. The class is limited to 75 students, and there is no charge for this class.
The class schedule is August 5, 6, 8 and 9 from 6-9 p.m. and August 10 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Bring a #2 lead pencil to class.
All students must wear proper attire for hunting on field day. Hiking type shoes are a must with absolutely no open toed shoes or shorts permitted on the course. Field day with this class will not be open to online students.
