Students in grades 1, 2 and 3 who read books and passed Accelerated Reader quizzes throughout the year. These students earned 100 points or more, received a Subway Kids Meal Certificate and their names were entered for a Kindle drawing. Five Kindles were donated by the Masons organization of Sidney. The top point earner for the year was Tristan Lamb with 232 points. Tristan also achieved Classic Reader status by reading at least 3 books with a sixth grade reading level worth at least 7 points each and passing the quizzes with an 80% or better.
