You are invited to attend a Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony honoring those officers who have died in the line of duty. The Ceremony is to be held outside at the Richland County Law and Justice Center Wednesday May 15, at 1 p.m. There will be honor guard posting of the colors, tolling of the bell, and taps. Officers will be in Dress Uniforms and Traditional Bagpipers will also be attending to provide music for the ceremony.
