The Sidney Area Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture will hold its leadership program graduation at noon on Wednesday, April 10, at the Moose Lodge.
Tickets are $15 per person and includes lunch, beverage and dessert. You can purchase tickets at the Sidney Chamber office or http://www.sidneymt.com.
Enid Huotari, financial advisor at Edward Jones in Sidney, will serve as the keynote speaker.
Her volunteer work has been an inspiration in Sidney including serving with the Sidney Lions Club, the Sunrise Festival of the Arts committee and the Sidney Chamber’s Leadership Class Task Force committee for many years.
This year’s graduation class includes David Christensen of Richland County Public Works, William Cundiff of MonDak Door, Katy DeMangelaere of the Richland County Health Department, BreAnn Messer of the City of Sidney, Chad Molden of Stockman Bank, Alli Nelson of the Richland County Housing Authority and Ashley VandeBossche of the Richland County Health Department.
The Sidney Area Leadership Program provides a unique opportunity to develop your leadership potential and explore the community.
Requirements for participants included learning through all seven issue days, attending a school board and city council meeting and volunteering for at least one Sidney Chamber event.
The goal is to have participants gain valuable new perspectives and become actively involved in solving problems, building a unique and distinctive group identity and serving as a corps of informed and motivated leaders to benefit the community.
The program’s task force includes Jenna Donahue, Gary Schoepp, Libby Berndt, Enid Huotari, Lilah Kara, Karen Olson-Beenken, Amanda Seigfreid, Monica Waters, Katy DeMangelaere and Chad Molden.
