Join MSU/Richland County Extension for a class on how to make tasty foods that won’t knock you off track! Each class will offer different food demonstrations and samplings as you learn about Type II and Pre-Diabetes, carbohydrate, fats, sodium, vitamins, minerals and fiber. For a limited time, this is a free program. Classes are on Tuesdays April 9th-30th, from 5:30-7:30 pm, at the MSU/Richland County Extension Office Meeting Room, 1499 N Central Ave, Sidney.
