Montana congressional candidate Kathleen Williams made her fourth trip to Richland County with her message of Integrity, Civility, Honesty and Statesmanship. She visited with area residents and answered their questions at Sunny's Family Restaurant on October 23. Williams is a lifelong Montanan who has hunted all over the state as well as served in the State Legislature.
