Williston Area Chamber of Commerce Names Voll President

The Williston Area Chamber of Commerce has announced Heather Voll as the organization's new President, effective September 10th. Voll has served as the Events & Convention Services Coordinator at the Williston Convention & Visitors Bureau since January 2018.

"I am very much looking forward to the wonderful opportunity to work with the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce, their amazing staff and dedicated board," said Voll. "My passion is to serve Williston and its business community."

Heather came to Williston from Naples, Italy where she specialized in Community Recreation for Morale Welfare Recreation which maintains a high level of morale for the military community, civilian government employees, and their families. While working with the Military, Voll served on the Naples Support Activity Command Assessment Task Force which advocates for Military members and their needs. She plans to use the same skillset here in Williston.

Mitzi Bestall, Chairman of the Board for the Chamber shared, "Heather was selected from a strong slate of candidates and the Board is excited to have Heather take the reins and guide our organization in greater service to our business members. Our economy is strong and still we need to advocate for our businesses and help in every way to improve the business environment. The Board is anxious to assist Heather in fulfilling our commitment to the Community!"

Voll follows Janna Lutz, President of the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce since 2015, who left earlier this year to serve as Foundation Director of CHI St. Alexius Health Williston Foundation.
